Harborwatch offers two bedroom waterfront condos. Some units have two bathrooms and others have one. Square footage varies between 700 and 800. These units were built in 1984. Harborwatch looks out across the North Harbor cove and has its on private pool. The North Harbor Club restaurant is just a short walk around the cove. Prices range from $150,000 to $175,000.

Homeowners dues currently range from $135.00 to $150.00 paid monthly.
