Portside offers two and three bedroom waterfront condos. Square footage varies between 1000 and 1400 depending on number of bedrooms and floorplan. These units were built in the mid to late 80s. Portside has its on private pool that looks out across Lake Norman and its own private sandy beach. The sunset view from Portside are unbelievable.
